How long does it take for my order to ship?
Standard orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Domestic shipping typically takes 3-5 business days, while international shipping varies by location. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your deck or gear leaves our warehouse.
Do you offer professional assembly for complete skateboards?
Yes! If you purchase a deck, trucks, wheels, and bearings in a single order, you can select the 'Assemble My Board' option at checkout for a small fee. Our pro shop team will grip and build your setup so it is ready to ride out of the box.
What is your return policy for skate hardware?
We accept returns on unused and unopened items within 30 days of purchase. Please note that once a skateboard has been gripped, assembled, or skated, it is no longer eligible for return. Defective products are covered under manufacturer warranty.
How do I know which deck size is right for me?
Deck size is largely based on preference and shoe size. Generally, 7.75" to 8.25" is great for street and technical tricks, while 8.5" and above offers more stability for transition and bowl skating. Check our 'Size Guide' page for a detailed breakdown.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. We also offer interest-free installment plans through Klarna and Afterpay for larger purchases.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, Olympia Skateshop ships worldwide. Shipping costs and import duties are calculated at checkout based on your destination country. Please be aware that some heavy items, like ramps or rails, may have restricted shipping zones.
