Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Olympia Skateshop, we want to ensure you are stoked with your gear. If you are not 100% satisfied, you can return your unused items within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Verify Condition

  Ensure all items are in their original, unused condition with tags attached and skate hardware remains unmounted.

• 2.
  Initiate Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely package your items and attach the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our team inspects the gear, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 3-5 business days.
